The Karuna Ethics Alliance is an emerging initiative of the India Karuna Collaborative. It is being built as a precompetitive platform where companies, investors and experts work together to raise animal welfare standards across India’s food and supply chains. 

Modern supply chains have made animal welfare an overlooked layer, even as it connects closely to public health, environmental impact and what consumers increasingly expect. The alliance aims to close that gap by developing practical, India relevant standards that businesses can actually adopt, and creating space for shared learning across sectors. More on this soon.
